1. Data Collection
We collect the following information: your full name; your phone number (phone sign-in) or the email address and identifier provided by Google or Apple (Google/Apple sign-in); your profile picture and preferred language; the history of tracks, albums, and mixtapes you own; and a technical token used to send you push notifications.
2. Use of Information
This information is used to create and secure your account, let you listen to and retrieve your purchases, send you service-related notifications (new releases, order status), keep the app secure and prevent fraud, and improve our services.
3. Purchases and Payments
Premium content purchases (tracks, albums, mixtapes) are made exclusively on our website, sanet.live, outside of the mobile app. The app does not collect or store any payment card data — this is handled directly by the website's payment provider. Only your content ownership status (what you've purchased) is synced to your account.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with the providers needed to run the app: Google and Apple (for Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple), Apple's (APNs) and Google's (Firebase Cloud Messaging) push notification services, and our hosting and content delivery (CDN) provider to stream music and images. None of these partners are permitted to use your data for advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the app, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. You can edit your profile directly in the app, or permanently delete your account via Profile > Delete my account. For any other request (data export, questions about your rights), contact us at the address below.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure on-device storage of your login credentials (Keychain/Keystore), and access controls on our systems.
8. Children's Privacy
Sanet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children of that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be notified to you within the app. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
